Correction policy

Material factual errors, unsupported claims, undisclosed conflicts, legal or regulatory concerns, confidential information or publication mistakes may trigger suspension and review.

Version history

Corrections preserve prior provenance and record the update date, change summary, prior SHA and publication SHA.

Withdrawals

Where continued publication is inappropriate, the item is withdrawn while the audit record is retained, with a public explanation where appropriate.
