What changed

At the prior observation, the Portals direct page alone showed 141.68%, materially above the 91.47% Portals list view and 91.94% DeFi Terminal reading. The direct page now shows 91.86%, bringing all three public surfaces into a 91.47%-91.94% range. Portals currently shows the Moo vault at about $170.47K TVL, while the corresponding CLM MSFTc-USDC Reward Pool is at 71.84% APY and about $179.65K TVL, with no similarly large change in that reward layer.

Why it matters

Because TVL and the corresponding reward pool remained broadly stable while the direct-page APY spike disappeared, the observation strengthens the interpretation that the earlier 141.68% print reflected a display-timing effect such as update cadence, harvest recognition or short-window annualization rather than a persistent change in yield economics. Beefy's official description shows a layered structure combining Aerodrome weekly emissions, Coinbase-funded USDC incentives through Merkl, Beefy boosts, and CLM position management, rebalancing and compounding. A headline APY alone does not reveal the current contribution of each layer.

Evidence

Limitations

Portals and DeFi Terminal are dynamic public data surfaces whose update timing, harvest recognition and annualization windows are not fully synchronized. The 141.68% figure is the prior observation from the same Portals direct page and may not be reproducible from the page after it updates. This observation did not independently verify the current AERO epoch emission, Merkl budget, claimable rewards or realized vault harvests. Concentrated liquidity introduces range-out, IL/LVR and smart-contract/automation risk, while MSFTc adds issuer, custody, redemption, eligibility and pricing-basis risk between 24/5 equity markets and 24/7 onchain markets.
