What changed

LONG was newly identified in this Market Watch. Its documentation describes a routing architecture in which each Creator Key selects a tokenized stock as its quote asset; a user's ETH is routed through a liquid market into the selected stock token and then into the Key/stock Uniswap v4 pool. Creator economics combine a 1% app/social routing fee on the stock leg with a 1% v4 pool fee. The app fee and harvested stock-side LP fees are split 50/50 between the creator side and LONG, while creator-side revenue remains denominated in the selected stock token. Key-side LP fees are burned, and Key holders receive no staking or revenue yield. GeckoTerminal independently shows a live kGOLONGFUN/NVDAc pool, while LONG's main interface simultaneously reports '0 live markets' and 'Waiting for the production indexer,' creating a status discrepancy between the protocol UI and an external indexer.

Why it matters

Tokenized-stock composability on Base is expanding from stock/USDC LPs, carry vaults, collateral and meme-token quote assets into creator/social-market quote and fee-settlement rails. On LONG, tokenized stocks can serve not only as the unit of account for a creator market but also as the asset in which creator-side routing and stock-side LP fee revenue accrues. This is therefore an example of tokenized equities being embedded as settlement infrastructure for a separate onchain economy. It should not be confused with a tokenized-stock yield vault, because LONG explicitly states that Key holders receive no holder yield.

Evidence

  • LONG protocol documentation — LONG documents Creator Key markets on Base mainnet that use tokenized stocks as quote assets and lists AAPLc, AMZNc, COINc, CRCLc, GOOGLc, INTCc, METAc, MSFTc, MSTRc, NVDAc, SNDKc, SPCXc and TSLAc. It defines a 1% app/social routing fee and a 1% v4 pool fee; app fees and stock-side LP fees are split 50/50 between the creator side and LONG, while Key-side LP fees are burned and no holder yield is paid. 2026-09-03T01:37:08+09:00
  • GeckoTerminal — kGOLONGFUN/NVDAc Uniswap V4 Base — The available snapshot showed the kGOLONGFUN/NVDAc Uniswap v4 pool with a 1% fee, $17,009.09 of liquidity, $654.38 of 24-hour volume, 20 transactions, 262 holders and a pool age of roughly five days. The pool contained approximately 33.15 NVDAc. 2026-09-03T01:37:08+09:00
  • LONG official app — LONG's main interface identifies Base mainnet and displays 13 stock districts, but at observation time it also showed '0 live markets' and 'Waiting for the production indexer.' This conflicts with the kGOLONGFUN/NVDAc pool independently visible through an external indexer. 2026-09-03T01:37:08+09:00

Limitations

LONG is not a conventional yield vault, and its documentation explicitly states that Key holders receive no staking or revenue yield. Creator-side revenue comes from routing fees and stock-side LP fees and is not comparable with a depositor APY. The independently indexed kGOLONGFUN/NVDAc pool is small, with roughly $17,000 of liquidity and about $654 of 24-hour volume, creating material slippage and market-continuity constraints. LONG's own interface reports zero live markets, indicating a production-indexer synchronization or status-display gap. B20 stock tokens can be subject to address policies, pauses and jurisdictional eligibility, and equity feeds operate 24/5 and may retain their last value outside market hours. A Creator Key is not equity in the underlying person. Additional risks include Uniswap v4, routing and smart-contract risk, tokenized-stock issuer/custody risk and low liquidity.
